100 HKD of profit for each class will donated to the Reforestation Charity Treesisters (https://treesisters.org/) allowing to plant 25 trees in different reforestation projects around the world for each class taken.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

The classes at Green-Apron are non-refundable. If you can’t make it to a class, please let us know straight away. With 72 hours notice in advance, we will reschedule your booking to another class. Otherwise there is a 100% charge for all cancellations with less than 72 hours notice. Alternatively you are more than welcome to send a friend in your place.

The minimum enrolment required for a class to take place is 3 people. We will decide If a class is cancelled due to lack of enrolment 48 hours in advance, if this is the case we will call you as soon as possible to let you know. A refund for the class will then be issued.

Use and disclosure of Personal Information

When making an enquiry or a booking with us, you may provide us with your personal information including (but not limited to) your name, mobile phone number, and email address. The provided personal information will only be used to answer your query or to process your booking, and for promoting Green Aprons. As such, when we collect your personal information, we will add it to a mailing list to receive our promotional newsletters, brochures or emails.

Please let us know by email via contact@green-aprons,com if you do not want your personal information to be added to our mailing list or if you want to unsubscribe to any of our promotion materials.

We do not share the personal information we collect from you with any third parties, such as, Government agencies, private organisations or anyone else, unless one of the following exceptions apply:

• it will prevent or lessen a serious and imminent threat to somebody’s life or health;

• the disclosure is reasonably necessary for the law enforcement purposes.
